Heart doctors screen smokers for hidden lung disease

Summary
This study aims to find out how many smokers visiting heart clinics also have undiagnosed COPD, a serious lung disease. Researchers will enroll 1,000 adult smokers at cardiology clinics to perform breathing tests and questionnaires. The goal is to better understand the link between smoking, lung disease, and heart problems to improve future care.
