Summary

This study tests whether a detailed health assessment can help people with COPD who have frequent flare-ups. Participants get a half-day check-up including lung and heart tests, and a personalized treatment plan. The goal is to reduce the number of flare-ups that require steroid tablets over the next year. The study involves 96 adults with COPD who have used steroids three or more times in the past year.
