Summary
This study aims to better understand how Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) interacts with other common health problems like heart disease and diabetes. It will follow 10,000 patients, using wearable devices and traditional Chinese medicine assessments alongside standard check-ups to monitor their health. The goal is to gather real-world data to help predict health risks and improve long-term care strategies for people living with COPD and multiple conditions.
