Summary

This study tested two different exercise approaches for people with COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease). Researchers compared traditional breathing muscle training with exercises focused on strengthening the core (trunk) muscles. The goal was to see which method better improves breathing strength, walking ability, lung function, and overall quality of life for COPD patients.
