New shot aims to tame COPD Flare-Ups

NCT ID NCT07418736

Summary

This study is testing an investigational antibody injection called CM326 for people with moderate-to-severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). The main goal is to see if the injection can reduce the number of serious symptom flare-ups (called exacerbations) and improve lung function and quality of life. About 318 participants will receive either the real injection or a placebo (a dummy shot) for 24 to 52 weeks to compare results.
