New drug cocktail shows promise for Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This early-phase trial tests a combination of three drugs (copanlisib, olaparib, and durvalumab) in people with advanced solid tumors that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the drugs shrink tumors. About 39 adults with specific gene mutations are taking part.
