Summary
This study tested the safety and effectiveness of combining two targeted drugs, copanlisib and ibrutinib, in 18 adults with primary CNS lymphoma that had returned or not responded to prior therapy. The goal was to find the best dose and see how many patients' tumors shrank. This is a disease control approach, not a cure, as ongoing management is needed.
