Summary
This study aims to understand the immediate effects of breathing in tiny particles from cooking on lung function and memory. Healthy adults will spend time in a controlled room on two days: one with clean air and one where researchers cook a meal. The goal is to measure changes in breathing tests and thinking skills to learn how everyday cooking might affect health.
