Summary
This study aimed to create better guidelines for birth control counseling for transgender and gender-diverse youth. Researchers talked with 35 teens and young adults to understand their experiences and satisfaction with a specific birth control injection. The goal is to help healthcare providers offer more supportive and effective counseling that respects each person's gender identity.
