First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 33 times
Summary
This study tests whether wearing a continuous ketone monitor alongside a continuous glucose monitor can reduce the risk of a serious side effect (high ketones) from the drug sotagliflozin in people with type 1 diabetes. About 52 adults will take two different doses of the drug while wearing the monitors. The goal is to see if real-time ketone tracking allows safer use of this medication.
