Summary

This study tested whether giving anti-nausea drugs (ondansetron) plus dexamethasone as a slow, continuous drip works better than standard dosing to prevent vomiting in children getting chemotherapy. 28 children with cancer took part. The goal was to see if this method reduces nausea scores during treatment.
