Summary
This study tests whether adding 'contextual factors'—like better communication, empathy, and a more personalized environment—to standard physical therapy can reduce neck pain and disability more than standard care alone. About 94 adults with neck pain lasting more than 4 weeks will receive either standard care or standard care enriched with these factors over 4 weeks. Researchers will measure pain, function, and satisfaction right after treatment and again 12 weeks later.
