Summary
This study compares two types of heart pacing—conduction system pacing and standard biventricular pacing—in 320 adults with heart failure and a wide QRS. The goal is to see which method better reduces the risk of death, heart failure hospitalization, or need for a heart transplant over 12 months. Participants must have a weakened heart pump and specific heart rhythm patterns.
