Summary
This study looked at 30 adults who completely tore their distal biceps tendon and chose not to have surgery. Researchers measured elbow function, arm strength, and fatigue after at least one year, comparing the injured arm to the healthy one. The goal was to see if conservative (non-surgical) treatment can still be a good option for these injuries.
