First seen Jan 23, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study tests two devices used together in spine surgery: conduit cages (to support the spine) and Fibergraft (a material that helps bone heal). Researchers will follow 100 adults with degenerative disc disease or herniated discs for two years after surgery. The goal is to see if the combination leads to better bone fusion, fewer complications, and less need for repeat surgery.
