New stent retriever aims to restore blood flow in stroke patients

Summary

This study tests a new device called the CONDA stent retriever in 50 people who have had a stroke caused by a large blood clot in the brain. The goal is to see if the device can safely reach and remove the clot to restore blood flow within 24 hours of symptoms starting. Participants will be followed to check for complications like bleeding in the brain.
