Summary
This study tested whether a mobile app could help children and teens recover from concussions more safely and effectively. Researchers gave 181 participants either the app or standard care instructions to see which group had fewer repeat injuries and less severe symptoms. The app tracked daily symptoms and activity levels to provide personalized guidance on returning to school and sports.
