New device aims to take the guesswork out of concussion recovery

NCT ID NCT07190963

Summary

This study is testing a device called HeadPulse that measures subtle brain signals to detect concussion. Researchers want to see if it can tell when an athlete's brain has fully recovered, even if they feel fine, to help decide when it's safe to return to sports. They are observing 150 people, including children as young as 4, who have a suspected concussion.
