New tool aims to ease tough calls on teen sports after head injury
NCT ID NCT04777864
Summary
This study tested a new decision-making guide for teens recovering from concussions and their parents. The goal was to help families and doctors work together more effectively when deciding if and when the teen should return to sports. Researchers compared families who used the guide to those who received standard care to see if it improved confidence and reduced regret about the decision.
