First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study looks at whether different amounts of computer-based brain training can improve thinking and memory in older adults with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). About 234 people aged 60 and older will do brain exercises on a computer for 12 weeks, with varying session lengths and frequencies. Researchers will check their memory, mood, and daily function at 4, 12, and 24 weeks to find the best training dose.
