Can a video game help veterans fight alcohol cravings?

Summary
This study is testing if a simple computer training program can help Veterans with alcohol use disorder drink less and improve their daily lives. The program is designed to change automatic reactions to alcohol cues and is given alongside standard VA treatment. Researchers will enroll 176 Veterans to see if this extra training leads to better recovery outcomes.
