Summary
This study tests whether wearing tight compression garments on hands and feet during chemotherapy can prevent nerve damage (peripheral neuropathy) caused by taxane or oxaliplatin drugs. About 358 breast and colorectal cancer patients will be randomly assigned to wear compression garments or not. Researchers will track nerve symptoms during treatment and for up to 5 years after.
