Socks and gloves may stop Chemo's nerve pain

Summary

This study tests if wearing tight-fitting gloves and compression stockings during chemotherapy can prevent nerve damage (called CIPN) in breast cancer patients. About 100 people receiving weekly paclitaxel will try this approach. The goal is to reduce numbness, pain, and weakness in hands and feet, and improve quality of life.
