First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 35 times

Summary

This study tests whether wearing a compression stocking on one foot during antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) infusions can prevent nerve damage (peripheral neuropathy). About 58 adults with advanced cancers like bladder cancer will take part. Each person will wear a stocking on their left foot only, so the right foot serves as a comparison. The goal is to see if this simple, low-cost method can reduce numbness, tingling, or pain and improve quality of life.
