Summary
This study tested whether wearing a custom-made compression vest could help adults with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hEDS). Forty-eight participants wore the garment for four weeks and then went without it for four weeks to compare the effects. Researchers measured changes in shoulder pain, muscle strength, joint stability, and overall quality of life.
