Summary

This study tests whether an AI tool called Compl-AI can predict which adults with opioid use disorder are likely to stop their medication early. Researchers will observe 295 people receiving their usual treatment and track medication visits and adherence. Participants complete a questionnaire and monthly check-ins. The goal is to see if the AI can identify those at risk, but no new treatment is given.
