Can compassion training cure burnout in cancer care teams?

Summary

This study tests a new program called Compassion-Centered Spiritual Health Interventions for Teams (CCSH-TI) for hospital staff and providers. About 80 employees from a cancer center will be randomly assigned to either the program or their usual routine. The goal is to see if the program is practical and helpful for reducing burnout and improving teamwork.
