Summary

This study is checking if compassion meditation is a practical approach to help veterans with PTSD. Researchers want to see if they can consistently teach this meditation technique to diverse groups of veterans across different parts of the country. The study will measure how many veterans participate, complete the sessions, and find the approach helpful, preparing for a larger future trial.
