First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study tests whether a group program called Compassion-Centered Spiritual Health Interventions for Teams can help cancer center staff feel less burned out and work better together. About 80 employees (nurses, doctors, and other staff) will either join the program or continue their usual routine. The main goal is to see if the program is practical and liked by participants, not to cure any disease.
