First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests a new group program called Compassion-Centered Spiritual Health Team Intervention (CCSH-TI) for healthcare workers at a cancer center. The program uses mindfulness and compassion exercises to help staff handle stress and improve teamwork. Researchers will enroll 80 employees and randomly assign them to either the program or usual care, then measure how well the program is received and whether it reduces burnout.
