NCT ID NCT07289529

First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study tests a new approach called 'exercise snacking' for adults aged 65 and older who are overweight. Instead of one long workout, participants do several short, 2-5 minute activity bursts throughout the day. The goal is to see if this easier routine helps improve strength, mobility, and overall health, and if people enjoy it enough to stick with it long-term.
