Head-to-Head test for stomach bug cure
NCT ID NCT07242456
Summary
This study aims to see if one two-drug combination (tegoprazan + amoxicillin) works as well as another (vonoprazan + amoxicillin) to clear a common stomach infection called H. pylori. About 240 adults with confirmed H. pylori will take one of the 14-day pill regimens. The main goal is to compare how effectively each combination eradicates the infection, which can cause ulcers and increase cancer risk.
