Summary
This study aims to compare two different surgical procedures for treating a narrowing of the spinal canal in the neck (cervical stenosis). It will enroll patients who need surgery to relieve pressure on their spinal cord and nerves. Researchers will track which procedure—laminoplasty or laminectomy with fixation—leads to better recovery of nerve function and fewer complications.
