Summary
This study aims to find out if a vaginal mesh surgery is as good as a robotic abdominal mesh surgery for treating pelvic organ prolapse in women. Researchers will compare how well each procedure fixes the prolapse and how safe they are. The study will involve 86 women with moderate to severe prolapse who need surgery.
