Summary
This study looked at 60 adults with kidney stones between 2 and 3 cm. It compared two types of keyhole surgery: one using a flexible scope through the urine passage with a laser and suction, and the other using a tiny cut in the back. The goal was to see which method removes stones more safely and completely.
