Summary
This study aims to find out which of two three-drug combinations works better and is safer for people newly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. It will involve 110 adults in Pakistan, who will take one of the two pill combinations daily for 90 days. Researchers will closely track blood sugar control, weight, cholesterol, and side effects to determine the better option for long-term disease management.
