New muscle test may make anesthesia recovery safer

Summary

This study compares two methods of measuring muscle recovery after anesthesia to determine which is better for deciding when it's safe to remove a breathing tube. About 199 adults undergoing planned surgeries will be monitored. The goal is to improve patient safety during recovery from general anesthesia.
