Sweat swap: which surgery causes less unwanted sweating?

Summary

This study looks at two surgical approaches to treat severe hand or underarm sweating. The goal is to see if operating on one nerve level (T3) causes less unwanted sweating in other body areas compared to operating on two levels (T3-4). About 46 people aged 6 and older with primary hyperhidrosis will take part.
