Study aims to find the safer surgery for esophageal cancer
NCT ID NCT07408999
Summary
This study aims to find out which of two less-invasive surgery methods is better for people with esophageal cancer. It will compare a 'totally' minimally invasive approach to a 'hybrid' approach in about 327 patients. The main goal is to see which method leads to fewer serious complications after surgery and a better quality of life.
