Summary
This study looks at 400 people having surgery for stomach or junction cancer. After removing the upper part of the stomach, doctors reconnect the digestive tract in different ways. The goal is to find which method causes fewer problems like acid reflux, trouble swallowing, and poor nutrition, and which gives the best quality of life. Results will help standardize care in Russia.
