Summary
This study looked at whether a simple six-minute stepper test can give similar information as a standard exercise test for people with COPD. The goal is to make it easier for patients to get their exercise assessed without needing special lab equipment. 65 adults with COPD participated, and researchers compared their heart and lung responses during both tests.
