Summary
This study looked at how well two different sports drinks and plain water rehydrate the body after exercise in hot conditions. Seventeen healthy adults who exercise at least one hour per week took part. Researchers measured how much fluid the body kept and how blood sugar levels changed after drinking each beverage.
