NCT ID NCT07416084

First seen Feb 19, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study compares two types of spinal anesthetics (hyperbaric vs isobaric bupivacaine) to see which one causes fewer drops in blood pressure during planned C-sections. Sixty healthy pregnant women will receive one of the two drugs, and researchers will monitor their blood pressure, heart rate, and any side effects like nausea. The goal is to find the safer option for mothers and babies.
