Summary
This study looked at two different ways to perform shoulder replacement surgery in people over 65 who had a severe shoulder fracture. The goal was to see which surgical approach leads to better shoulder function and recovery. 90 patients took part, and their progress was measured using standard shoulder function and quality-of-life scores.
