First seen Mar 09, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study watches how doctors decide between two radiation treatments for cancer that has spread to the spine. It will compare standard radiation (CRT) with a more precise type (SBRT) to see which provides better pain relief and tumor control. About 100 adults with painful spine tumors will take part, and the goal is to learn which treatment works best in real-world practice.
