NCT ID NCT04253483
Summary
This study compares two different radiation treatments for early-stage prostate cancer that hasn't spread. One treatment places a temporary radioactive seed inside the prostate, while the other delivers precise external radiation over five sessions. The main goal is to see which approach causes fewer side effects and better preserves patients' quality of life. Fourteen men with early-stage prostate cancer are participating in this pilot study.
