One-Shot radiation vs. weeks of treatment: which is better for cancer control?

Summary
This study compares two ways of delivering targeted radiation to control a small number of cancer tumors that have spread. It aims to see if a single, high-dose treatment is as safe and effective as spreading the same total dose over several sessions. The research will measure side effects, how long the cancer stays controlled, quality of life, and costs for adults with 1-5 spreading tumors.
