Knee pain study pits two PRP machines Head-to-Head

Summary
This study aims to see if two different, FDA-approved machines make platelet-rich plasma (PRP) of different quality for treating knee arthritis. Researchers will enroll 20 people with knee osteoarthritis to compare the PRP made by each machine. They will check the platelets in the lab and also track participants' pain and activity levels for 6 months after the injection.
