Summary
This study compares three surgical methods for removing the prostate in men with prostate cancer: robot-assisted, standard laparoscopy, and open surgery. It will enroll 2,000 participants to measure which technique leads to better urinary function after surgery. The goal is to provide clear evidence to help patients and doctors choose the best option.
