New study tests simple techniques to ease chronic back pain

Summary
This study looked at two different ways to help people with long-term low back pain: a pressure technique called ischemic compression and a special tape called kinesiology taping. Over 100 adults with back pain for at least 12 weeks took part. The goal was to see if adding these methods to standard care could reduce pain and improve movement.
