Summary
This study looks at three common ways to manage pain after open heart surgery: IV pain medicine, an epidural, and a nerve block. The goal is to see which method helps prevent long-term pain that can last for months. Researchers will follow 90 adults for 3 months after surgery to track their pain levels and recovery.
